COMBUSTION PROCESS CONTROL

At different stages of combustion, your fireplace or stove needs different amounts of air. After the intensive burning, you have to reduce the air flow, because otherwise the heat from the room will "run out" through the chimney. And why should  YOU do it, there is automatics  available for this, it can even ignite the stove for you and supply the optimum amount of air throughout the combustion process. This is done through a combination of the following KASCHUETZ-Austria products, a leader in the production of this type of equipment:

- Electronic control unit
Four modifications are available depending on the  process to be controlled, whether the fuel is wood or pellets and the required number and type of control signals: EUROMATIC TOUCH, DFC DISPLAY, DFC LITE, DFC COMFORT
The unit monitors the temperature of the exhaust fumes or the amount of carbon dioxide in them (if the sensor is a lambda probe) and adjusts the amount of fresh air to always have full combustion at high temperature. This not only saves heat but also results in less harmful emissions from the perfect combustion process. When the system is equipped with an ignition heater, the electronic unit can be set for the ignition time of your stove, or it can be started  by telephone or computer signal.

-Regulating dampers for air supply

The regulating damper is a mechanism that is controlled by the electronic unit or manually, and supplies the required amount of  air for combustion. Your stove or fireplace can use combustion air from the room, or outside air.

 KASCHUETZ offers manual and automatic dampers for regulating the amount of air supplied to the combustion chamber. The automatic dampers could be for outdoor/ outdoor the room / or  indoor installation, depending on the location and type of air supplied. The automatic damper is the actuator, through which the signal from the electronic control unit regulates the flow of air online. In tile stoves, regulation is always done by combustion air, which is fed to the combustion chamber via a suitable adapter, also manufactured and offered by the company.

Fresh air is fed into the space around the door to ensure the glass washing.
